Welcome to Hirelynk. Hirelynk is a Software as a Service platform that allows companies to screen candidates for hiring. Hirelynk also allows applicants participate in screening interviews.

By using Hirelynk, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of Hirelynk

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Hirelynk.
• You may not use Hirelynk for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not use Hirelynk to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious software.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Job Postings

• Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings.
• Companies may not post jobs that require applicants to pay a fee.
• Companies may not discriminate against applicants based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Applicant Applications

• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials.
• Applicants may not provide false or misleading information.
• Applicants may not use Hirelynk to harass or discriminate against other users.

Screening Interviews

• Companies may use Hirelynk to create and send screening interviews to applicants.
• Companies are responsible for the content of the screening interviews.
• Applicants may decline to participate in a screening interview.

Fees

• Companies may be charged fees for using other premium features.
• Fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

• Hirelynk and all of its content, including logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of Hirelynk.
• Users may not copy or distribute any content from Hirelynk without the express written permission of Hirelynk.

Limitation of Liability

• Hirelynk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Hirelynk is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from the use of Hirelynk.
• Hirelynk is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service.

Termination

• Hirelynk may terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms of service.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Hirelynk support.

Governing Law

• These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state of California.
• Any disputes arising under these terms of service will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.

Changes to Terms of Service

• Hirelynk may change these terms of service at any time.
• Changes to the terms of service will be posted on the Hirelynk website.
• Your continued use of Hirelynk after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
